Before you engage a provider
- Confirm the provider’s current status on NDIS Commission’s “Find a registered provider”.
- Ask whether they have capacity to start, and when. This listing doesn’t say.
- Ask how they screen and train their workers, and what they charge — see our guide to choosing a provider.
Check before you engage. Listings are based on NDIS Commission register of registered providers data and may be out of date. To confirm a provider’s current status, search the official register at NDIS Commission’s “Find a registered provider”. A listing does not show whether a provider has capacity to take on new people. Based on Commonwealth of Australia (NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission) data. See data sources and attribution. We re-import the register every month. Report an error or request removal. We reply to every request within 5 business days. If you are an individual, such as a sole trader, listed under your own name, you can ask us to change or remove that listing.
